I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my package that was marked as a failed delivery on 3/29 due to an 'incorrect address.' The address was not incorrect. I spoke with several agents at your New York office, all of whom confirmed that the address on file was correct and stated they would contact the warehouse to investigate.
Each time, I was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours. It is now 4/7, over a week later, and no one has contacted me with an update. To make matters worse, I received an email yesterday claiming my package would be redelivered within 24 hours from 3/29. That response is completely unacceptable and makes no sense.
It feels like no one at UNIUNI is actually reviewing the situation or taking responsibility. This level of communication is horrid. I genuinely do not understand how a logistics company can operate this way. I need to know what is going on with my package and when it will actually be delivered.
I expect an immediate response and a real resolution. My tracking number is GV26USA0U01971****.

Order was tried to be delivered for the 2nd time on a Sunday.
Elk plain mail boxes and storage is closed on Sundays, and the hours are plainly displayed.
Your driver is an idiot and should be retrained or learn to read or something.
You should not allow this to occur.
Your driver is not applying themselves to your standards.
Please deliver during correct hours or return for a complete refund.

2 Wrong cup bra size & someone put them into 2 wrongbags
- - I already paid; two bras arrived wrong.
- - Request XXXL replacements: black and green.
- - Please check each bag for the correct cup size.
I already paid, and I am not happy with two wrong cup sizes, and someone put those bras into wrong bags. I want to get another right size for one black and one green size bigger cup bras XXXL, please.
Please be careful and check to make sure the right cup size is in each bag.

- - Package delivered to the wrong house; box 1136 went to mailbox 4689.
- - Repeated follow-ups promised return within 24 hours; nothing heard after 8 days.
The package was delivered to the wrong house. Clearly, the box said 1136, and he put it in a mailbox that said 4689 and took the picture.
Then I called Friday, the day of delivery, and they said to send pictures of your house and number, and I did. It said someone would get back to you within 24 hrs. Nothing! So I called Monday, and they said they did not receive my email.
So I sent it again. I called back Tuesday to see what was going on, and she said it would be a few more days; call Friday. I called Friday, and nothing! He said it would be expedited for top priority, and I would hear something by the end of the day!!!
Guess what??? NOTHING!
So 8 days later, no resolve. Still waiting...

No attempt was made to deliver my package! They lie because they have incompetent drivers that don't want to do their job.
Now I can't even talk to a real person! Tried calling them and a chatbot comes on and wants to charge $5 to relay my message to uni uni!!!
This is insane!!! This is a terrible delivery service, and I will never order from a company that uses them for delivery.

My package was thrown over my fence and landed on my pathway, according to the pictures your driver sent me. There is no sign of the envelope, which has probably blown away.

- - Driver couldn't locate the shop and hung up; several failed attempts and package returned; customer service adjusted the address for delivery.
I had a package sent to the mall where I work, and the delivery driver called me asking me to come and meet them in a different location. I was not at work, so I told him to just come in and give it to a receptionist because the package was two days early, plus I don't feel comfortable going out of a public space to meet a stranger.
They tell me that they cannot find my shop but then proceed to tell me they are standing outside of the mall. I tell them that if they go into the mall by the entrance closest to me and then take two turns, they will be right at my shop. As I am trying to give adjacent stores to help them find their way, they hang up on me. This conversation happens another two times.
As well as 'Failed delivery attempt' notifications telling me that delivery was unsuccessful and that they will try again later or send it back on another day. Finally, on the third time, the delivery driver calls me and we have the same conversation once more, still hung up on while trying to help them find my store. An hour later, I not only get a delivery attempt message, but a message that they have sent my parcel back to the warehouse. The only reason I am giving an extra star is because when I called UNIUNI for the fifth time, I was actually answered in about 8 minutes, and not just the call dropping or suddenly hanging up on me.
The customer service representative was helpful and adjusted my shipping address so that they would physically have to come into the shopping center to deliver my package, and I should get it in another 5 days or less, when I should have gotten it less than 4 days ago. If it wasn't for the customer service representative, I would have automatically given UNIUNI a 1-star review.
