I haven't had an experience yet no one has answered me. Not sure what I'm supposed to write here I don't want to leave feedback I just want someone to call me back so I can get this package picked up that was left without me having the opportunity to deny the parcel. So all I can say is call me back text me back email me back contact me somehow

i have been trying to get this package for a month. someone dropped the ball.
It shouldn't take this long. The sender and the deliver come need to iron out a better solution.

No way to communicate about a lazy driver who threw my package over the fence and it blew away.
Envelope was thrown over the fence and landed on my path where it has blown away in high winds. I can't find it.

- - Escalation Jan 8, 2026 with a promised 48-hour reply; no reply, then weather blame and no accountability.
Absolutely not. Weeks of silence after escalation, missed timelines, and responsibility-shifting destroyed any trust I had.
I will actively avoid UniUni in the future. I honestly have more trust in gas station sushi than in this company.
A package was delivered on December 28, 2025 and left exposed during freezing rain, resulting in damage. I reported the issue and was told on January 8, 2026 that my complaint had been escalated, with a promised response within 48 hours.
That response never came. I followed up again on January 16, 2026. Silence continued for over three weeks.
When UniUni finally responded, the outcome was:
No accountability for leaving a parcel exposed in severe weather
A blanket statement that weather damage is not your responsibility
A suggestion that I should call in advance in the future to prevent foreseeable delivery failures
At no point did UniUni acknowledge:
The prolonged lack of communication
The failure to meet your own stated timelines
The fact that leaving a package in freezing rain is a delivery handling choice, not an unavoidable act of nature
Being told, after weeks of silence, that the solution is for the customer to manage UniUnis delivery process going forward is not customer service its deflection.
Mistakes happen. What defines a company is how it responds to them.
In this case, the response was delay, denial, and responsibility-shifting. This survey is the most engagement Ive received from UniUni during the entire process, which says everything.
I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects communication, accountability, or basic care in delivery.

Fraudulent carrier doesn't deliver, or driver just steals package. I have packages delivered almost daily from reputable carriers.

I'm having a similar issue. UniUni has attempted to deliver my package twice and said in an automated email that the third will be the final attempt before returning the package to the sender.
I am at my company on business days and nobody has tried to ring the doorbell. This also happens sometimes with Amazon deliveries. Amazon drivers would drop the package by the door and never ring the doorbell. Unlike Amazon, there is no way to reach a real person at UniUni.
I literally had to scream at the chatbot until it would "create" a support ticket. As of now (24 hours), I still have not heard back from UniUni. We only got an automated message saying that the package is "out for delivery".
Don't bother using UniUni. Go with a more mature carrier such as UPS or Fedex instead.
